15 hours of in-home support (typically 5 visits of 3 hours each) spread across 4 weeks.
It includes everything from Newborn Nest, plus:
- More hands-on support with sleep rhythms, settling, and day-to-day household flow.
- Planning support for the next stage (partner returning to work, visitors, appointments, weekly routines).
- Sibling adjustment support built into one visit: age-appropriate ways to involve older children, support big feelings, and build connection.

30 hours of in-home support (usually 10 x 3-hour visits) used across 6 weeks (flexible).

- Extra meal support during visits (nourishing meal prep and snack replenishment).
- A dedicated sibling adjustment session (family-focused): preparing for changes, supporting connection, and practical strategies for the early weeks.
